Rights of use
- The art stays property of the artist..
- The OSTRALE does not assume any costs of production for the artwork.
- There is no claim for refund the travel and material costs. Special regulations are possible only on the basis of particular agreements between the OSTRALE and the participating artist.
- The shipment of the artworks will be organized and funded by the OSTRALE.
- Applications for the artist´s camp are only possible after the communication of the jury´s positive consent of the artist´s participation in the OSTRALE´012.
- All artists chosen by the jury qualify automatically for the selection procedure of the Out of OSTRALE which is a selective travelling exhibition of the OSTRALE´012 in other European countries. The jury decides about the artist´s participation in the Out of OSTRALE.
